The app has turned into college bowl app. All the Super Bowl content is gone.

Decided to open the app back up less than two months after the Super Bowl and now its full of college football coverage, the historic bowl games stop at the late 80s, the year in review stops at week two, and video clips have been replaced by news from The Daily or UFC sports clips. Where is all the Super Bowl content?

This is essentially a top-notch digital magazine covering the regular season, playoffs and Super Bowl from the perspective of each team with nice interactive Super Bowl timeline, historical highlights and a few extras thrown in for good measure. Everything about the app is crisp, responsive, intuitive and works flawlessly on my Xoom. You can flick through well over 100 pages high-res pictures and commentary with dozens of video highlights. The video quality is quite good, clearly better than what you get by default over on the official NFL site. The videos start streaming without delay and can be maximized to display full-screen. There are a couple of small extras like an interactive 360 degree panorama of the post-game celebration and a video that theorizes on what might have happened if David Tyree had missed his famous catch in Super Bowl XLII. All in all this is everything that a digital magazine should be for a great price. (One thing to be aware of: The various videos are not downloaded with the app. You'll need to have an Internet connection available to view them.)
