Removing that bottom bar!
Android service that hides and restores the systembar of android tablets. This enables playing, watching and reading at full screen!
Installation:
* This application needs ROOT! Only install and use when you have root+busybox+superuser!
* Busybox must be installed and at least once run, a reboot is needed after busybox has been run.
Usage:
* First click on icon with two arrows to show notification, then on notification to hide the system bar.
* Tapping the bottom of the screen will reshow the system bar
Current bugs:
* None known, contact me if something is not working for you.
Devices:
* All devices that contain the systembar (bar at bottom of screen) and are Rooted.
* Supports Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean.
* Newer Nexus devices (Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10)
* Most tablets and Google TV devices. Also some phones (must contain bar at bottom).
Planned features:
* Support to work together with other applications, for instance Tasker/Locale.
* Add lockscreen to reshow systembar.

Works as advertised and the developer is super helpful! Good to use with games and such, when the bar is not needed.

I love the fact that you can essentially put the bar back on top, but it doesn't work. Rooted Galaxy Note 10.1
