Virtual Film is a set of clips, which is saved on the disk in simple XML format in files with “.vfilm” extension.
Each Film has some film properties such as ‘Title’, ‘Description’ and ‘Author’.
Each clip has some clip properties such as ‘Name’, ‘Description’, ‘Media File Name’,
‘Start Position’, ‘Duration’ and ‘Volume’. Some types of clips have ‘Initial Zoom’ property as well.
Virtual film Maker for Android 3.0 is a simple Virtual Film Editor combined with Android built-in media player.
Virtual Film Maker’s main window displays a list of clips in three different views
(List, Gallery and Grid) and is a simple virtual film script editor.
The main window title displays the current film file name and contains the action bar (main menu)
that provides commands for ‘New Film’, ‘Open Film’, ‘Save Film’, ‘Play Film’, ‘Rename Film’,
‘Scan Folder for Video’, ‘Create Slideshow’, ‘Background Sound Track’, ‘Preferences’, ‘Android Market’, ‘Home Page’ and ‘About’.
Click on the clip expands the clip menu which allows the following actions:
‘Edit’, ‘New Clip’, ‘Delete’, ‘Clone’, ‘Move Up’, ‘Move Down’ and ‘Play Film from this Clip’.
Long Tap on the clip displays the clip options menu which allows the following options:
‘Play Film from this Clip’, ‘Play Film from the Beginning’, ‘Play this Clip only’,
‘Edit Film Properties’ and ‘Preferences’.
