When I heard this App was being released I couldn't believe it, this app is perfect when I am on the go. I can monitor computers and help fix any issues a collegue may have. I can also have different Gateways which allow me to connect to different groups of computers and help other Departments if they have any issues. Great work guys, who ever came up with this was a perfect idea!

The user experience is very intuitive and fluid. Having used the desktop version, which is no slouch, this app is really quick. One area where Netsupport really beats the VNC/RDP apps is you dont have to perform tedious setup to connect. You just search and connect. Really easy to use. Brilliant. MULTI-MONITOR support - good one guys ;-)
